We are beginning the assembly of jute bags that will be filled with oyster shells for our living shoreline restoration project. These bags will be strategically placed in the lagoon to allow oysters and mussels to attach themselves, thus aiding in the restoration of the lagoon's ecosystem.

As for these jute bag pillows, they only require cutting from a simple pattern and sewing an edging stitch on three sides. Afterward, they are stretched over the top of kitchen recycling trash cans, filled with oyster shells, sealed, and stacked until they are ready for use in the lagoon. Rest assured, we will provide training!
